Terms of Service
Effective October 7, 2026
Welcome to Taileaf. These terms form an agreement between you and Shanghai Weiweidaolai Technology Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”) regarding your use of the Taileaf app, website and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
The Service offers pet families a way to record and organize their life together. Its exact shape may evolve over time; we will notify you of material changes in a reasonable manner.
2. Your account
You sign in with your Apple Account. You agree to use your account lawfully and to keep access to it safe. You are responsible for activity under your account.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. After deletion, your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
3. Your content
Everything you record in the Service, text, photos and otherwise (“your content”), belongs to you.
You grant us a non-exclusive license to use your content only as needed to provide the Service, such as storing it, displaying it to you, and syncing it among your family members. We do not use your content for any other purpose.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to violate any law or infringe the rights of others, including by:
- uploading unlawful or infringing content;
- interfering with the normal operation of the Service;
- scraping, copying, or selling data from the Service without permission.
5. Subscriptions
Paid plans are sold through the App Store as auto-renewing subscriptions.
The price and the billing period are shown on the purchase screen before you buy.
You manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID settings.
Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription.
Apple handles refunds.
6. Changes to the Service
We may change or discontinue parts of the Service. If a change materially affects you, we will give reasonable advance notice and keep a way for you to export your content.
7. Disclaimers
Records, summaries and AI output in the Service are for reference only. They may be inaccurate. They are not veterinary advice. If your pet is unwell, please see a veterinarian promptly.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, though we will make reasonable efforts to restore the Service.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes should first be resolved through friendly consultation; failing that, either party may bring the matter before a competent court at our place of business.
